What Happened to The Juicy Cerebellum?
Big huge change. I was sick of looking at the other one. Obviously this one isn't ideal either, as it isn't linked to all the old updates and I can't customize its look unless I point the URL to blogspot, which is something that I don't want to do. I'd also like the posts to only display the first paragraph on the main page as a preview and then people could more easily browse and click through on the articles they want to read.
Ideally, I'd like something that's sort of in the middle of what was and what is, but need a programmer/web designer for that. I basically want the OLD Juicy Cerebellum, but with posting functions, search ability and something easier to navigate.
This new version does let readers post on the page, it makes it easier for me to update the page (which means there will be more updates), but it sucks when it comes to adding pictures, etc. I had originally included pics of each of the 9 movies I graded in the Summer Movie Report Card update and ended up removing them as the entire thing took up about 45 miles of scroll space (another reason it'd be nice to only have a paragraph long preview of each update, rather than the whole fucking thing on the main page).
So, I dunno. At least it's something different. Either way, you guys should be happy as I finally added reviews for the summer movies, which a lot of you had requested through email. Now I have to go, as I'd like to crank one off before work. Let me know if you find any broken links or other errors on the page.

i dont like it.
I do like it and I am glad you´re back. I kept looking at your forlorn page thinking what do you get paid for. (Just a figure of speech, of course)

Antiseptic; lacking in personality or soul; a very bland, corporate look, indistinguishable from innumerable other blogs out there. Naturally, it is the writings that make the blog, and I have no doubts that you will continue to not disappoint, but I did like the former Juicy Cerebellum design a lot more. You have your reasons, obviously, but I hope that in time a way will be found to add some (graphical) uniqueness to the site.
Doesn't matter what the page look's like. Nice to have you back!!!!!F Y O M
I like it better than the old page the old page looked old. I'm having a problem with the links to the side thats maybe a bug on my end but they dont take me to the post they just refresh the page.
paris,
Thanks for pointing that out. I've been aware of the problem from the start, but couldn't find a solution. Finally realized it was a fuck up of my own. Let me know if it works for you now.
To the anonymous coward saying the page looks bland and corporate why don't you offer any solutions instead of whining? Alex said he didn't like the look but wanted to let his readers post. So he does a favor for the fans and you piss all over him for it way to go.
@Tommy Sniffles
I agree with everything he said. If someone with some web design and programming knowledge read the Cerebellum and wants to donate their time, I'd love to leave the "antiseptic, corporate, indistinguishable" look behind. And, although I don't think he's a "coward," I do wish "anonymous" and all the others going by "anonymous" would pick a name to use here, or even sign up for an account.
Thank you very much.
I dont have an e-mail so I couldnt send you any comments, now I can bitch as much as I wanted to do since 2 years ago.
And thanks for keeping your Juicy Cerebellum up and running.
Well, the look isn't too exciting, but since you just put it up, I'll give you a break. What I'd really like to see is a link to all of your old movie reviews; I loved reading those when the need came along, or when I was just in the mood. Overall, though, I like the interactive aspect of the page. Good move.
Note: the movie section is still online, just type or copy-paste this: http://www.juicycerebellum.com/movie.htm
